1. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email, organisation name, password (hashed). Content: 3D models, logos, configuration data. Usage data: page views, feature usage, session duration (anonymised). Analytics: anonymous visitor metrics on published pages.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Platform. To communicate about your account. To generate anonymised analytics. To ensure security. We do not sell personal information.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (AWS). Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Industry-standard security practices applied.
4. Analytics on Published Pages
We collect anonymous analytics from published experiences: page views, AR activations, device type, session duration, variant selections. No PII is collected from viewers. No tracking cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Immersal (VPS — optional), Google model-viewer (AR). Each has its own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
Account data retained while active. Personal data removed within 30 days of deletion. Anonymous analytics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights
You can access, correct, delete your data, export content, and object to processing. Contact privacy@placewize.com.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies only for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies. Published pages do not set cookies on viewer devices.
