Your clients are signing off on designs they can't truly see
You've spent weeks refining the concept — but your client is still squinting at renders.
🖼️

Flat renders don't land

CGIs can't convey scale or material quality. Clients nod along, then second-guess everything at site inspection.

🔄

Revision rounds blow out

"Can we try a darker fabric?" Every material change means a new render cycle, more designer time, and another week before sign-off.

👥

Stakeholder alignment stalls

The CEO likes it, the COO isn't sure, the office manager hasn't seen it. Aligning decision-makers from a PDF deck takes multiple meetings.

What if clients could walk into the proposed space on their phone — right now, from anywhere?
Give clients something they'll actually believe
Turn the 3D models your team already creates into shareable, branded AR experiences. No coding. No app installs.
🪑

Real-World Scale AR

Clients see your furniture at actual size in their real office through their phone camera. No guesswork.

🎨

Material Switching in Real-Time

Fabrics, leathers, timber, laminates — clients switch between finishes live. No more revision rounds for colour changes.

Branded to Your Firm

Every AR experience carries your firm's logo, colours, and typeface. Clients see your brand, not ours.

📱

Just a Link — No App

Send a URL. No app download, no VR headset, no IT involvement. Works on iPhone and Android.

📊

Know What Resonates

See which finishes get the most attention, how many stakeholders viewed the experience, and whether they activated AR.

👥

Quality Gate for Client-Facing Content

Designers create. Directors approve and publish. Nothing goes to a client until your team says it's ready.

"
We used to spend three meetings getting stakeholder alignment on finishes. Now we send a Placewize link and they see the chair in their own boardroom. Last project, we got sign-off in a single session.

How workplace design firms use Placewize
From pitching new clients to final sign-off, AR gives your work a dimension that renders can't match.
Pitching & Winning Work

Win the brief with a wow moment

Show your proposed reception design in the client's actual lobby. Competitors bring PowerPoints — you bring the future office.

  • Stand out from competitors still using PDFs
  • No technical setup — works from a URL in seconds
FF&E Selection

End the fabric swatch guessing game

Clients compare finishes at real-world scale in their office. Decisions that took weeks happen in one session.

  • Switch between material variants in real-time
  • Clients see finishes in their actual lighting conditions
Stakeholder Alignment

Get six decision-makers on one page

Send one AR link to every stakeholder. Alignment happens before the meeting, not during it.

  • Async review — no scheduling conflicts
  • Analytics show who's viewed it and what they explored
On-Site Presentations

Show designs anchored in the actual space

Position furniture exactly where it will go. Walk clients through the space with products anchored centimetre-accurately.

  • Spatial mapping locks models to real-world positions
  • Every visitor sees designs in the same anchored spot

Common questions from design teams
We use Revit / SketchUp — can we export to Placewize?
Yes. Placewize accepts .glb files — the standard for web 3D and AR. Export from Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. Use PBR materials scaled in metres.
Do our clients need to install an app?
No. Clients open a link in their browser. On iPhone, AR launches via Quick Look. On Android, it uses Scene Viewer or WebXR. Nothing to download, no IT approval needed.
How is this different from our VR walkthrough?
VR requires a headset and everyone in the same room. Placewize is complementary — clients see products at real-world scale in their actual space, on their phone, any time.
Can we brand it as our own?
Yes. Every experience uses your logo, colours, and fonts. Professional plans have zero Placewize branding. Enterprise supports your own domain.
What's the difference between Place AR and On-Site AR?
Place AR lets clients put furniture on any flat surface — great for remote and async review. On-Site AR uses spatial mapping so models appear in the exact same position every time — ideal where precise placement matters.
How accurate is the AR placement?
Place AR uses your phone's plane detection at correct real-world scale. On-Site AR is accurate to within a few centimetres.
Is our design data secure?
Yes. All data on AWS, encrypted in transit and at rest. Models accessible only via published URLs, not search-indexed. Enterprise plans include SSO.
